Invitation training Process Mining for green and black belts (Lean Six Sigma) 19 & 26 February 2019

A unique training developed by Zuiver ICT in collaboration with Zuyd University of Applied Science

Process Mining is a new innovative technological development in the area of data and processes that can be excellently used to support the activities of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt. Process Mining enables the Lean Six Sigma expert to perform the required analyses based on all available data. This differs from the current practical situation, where working with data samples is common practise. In addition, through Process Mining it is possible to control processes with help of process data with near real-time or real-time dashboards and analysis.

  • How to deal with Process Mining and performing statistical analyses that occur in the Lean Six Sigma tool set
  • How to obtain the necessary data for Process Mining
  • How Process mining can support change management
  • How software like 'R ' and Python can be combined with Process Mining and how they relate to software for statistical analyses such as Minitab and SPPS

During this course you work with the state-of-the-art Process Mining software among others, from Celonis and you also get to know 'R ' and Python. To participate in the training no software needs to be purchased or installed. The duration of the training is 2 days.
